Our Adult Program has a true focus on stretching and mobility improvement- because if you're injured or hurt, you're not in the gym. And we want you in here. If you don't feel good or are injured, you're on the fast track to losing motivation, rather than the weight you signed up to lose.

Our long-term, sustainable approach to fitness is exactly what you deserve from your gym. Because signing up for a gym membership shouldn't mean also paying to see a physical therapist or chiropractor on a regular basis.

Certified Mobility Specialists

Through our implementation of the Starrett Method of Movement & Mobility, our goal is to provide a one-stop shop for improving human performance and resolving dysfunction & discomfort.

98% of orthopedic injuries are preventable, but the problem is that most people lack the understanding of simple movement mechanics and the tools to improve those mechanics.

Classical strength and conditioning movements help us to predict, prioritize and resolve inefficiencies in movement that lead to loss of performance, injury, and discomfort.

Inefficiencies aren't necessarily caused by working out, and can be as simple as low back pain from sitting in an office chair, or as complex as plantar fasciitis caused from immobile calves & hamstrings.

We use innovative tools to correct movement dysfunction, and improve your quality of life. We take a unique approach to idealizing movement and fixing the underlying pathomechanics to improve mobility.

Mission Statement

We want you want to feel comfortable and confident about your body. And we aren’t necessarily talking beach bod ready confidence. We’re talking year-round confidence and comfort with your body and how you feel. That’s the sweet stuff, because that comfort and confidence trickles into all aspects of your life.

Our approach to fitness is straight forward- we succeed when we can get fitness to work into your lifestyle. Not become your life, but work into your life. Everyone has a life outside of the gym, and fitness should be used as a tool to enhance your life, not consume it. Success in the gym happens when you can feel the benefits of fitness OUTSIDE of the gym.

While our workouts are highly effective in getting quick results, BUILD U. is not a boot camp. BUILD U. is about getting you to a place that you truly enjoy working out and experiencing long term success.
