Our workouts are designed in a way to help your body support brain function. We have studied and researched exercise and its effects on the brain. How to increase your memory, attention, and critical thinking skills. Don’t worry though- we know you don’t want to know about any of that so we promise not to preach. That’s our passion, not yours.
