Faster pace, heavier weights. Loud music and intense coaching.

This crew shows up every damn day and just straight up brings it. The workout for this group is designed to mess you up with an intense level of plyometrics & footwork drills sprinkled in between your lifting sets. Walk in, and you won’t stop until the clock hits 6:30.

Our 6:30 group is filled with people who you just want to grab a cup of coffee with to start your day. This group workout focuses more on feeling and living healthy than setting a personal record. Each workout has the appropriate selection of exercises with progressions and regressions built in, so everyone in the group can get a great workout that feels custom-fit to them.


Not-So-Average Moms Club

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

60 minutes

9:00am-10:00am

Just a bunch of moms being pushed to do more than they think they’re capable of.

Lots of fun, lots of cardio, lots of abs. Not a lot of excuses accepted by the trainers.

If you’re someone who can take the time to roll out on your own at home, that’s fantastic. Most of our members just don’t have the time. So, we make them do it here :)

Instructor led, you can expect either a total body scan with a hard roller, or attacking something specific. Like spending an hour to improve the flexion/dorsiflexion of your ankle and then re-training the ankle joint how to function with it’s new range of motion.

Don’t worry though, we won’t drown you in education and fancy exercise terms. We’ll say something like “yo, today we’re going to make your ankles better so that when some kid tries to play you in mini hoop you can dunk on their ass.”

You’re going to like the way you feel. I guarantee it. *Mens Warehouse voice*
