We are excited to announce our partnership with Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning. Mike Boyle has been a strength coach for Boston University, the NHL’s Boston Bruins, the USA Women’s Olympic Silver Medalist Ice Hockey team, the 2013 World Series Champion Boston Red Sox, and is widely considered the most knowledgeable and top Strength & Conditioning coach in the world.

For us, the decision to partner with Mike and his staff is pretty simple. Our goal is to one day become the top training facility in the country, so learning from and working with the best in the business is a no brainer.

These guys are freakishly smart, and have already been an incredible resource for us in designing our upcoming summer programs.

Athletes will have an option of our Sports Performance middle school program or our Sports Performance Program geared to current high school students.

Middle school programs are 60 minutes in length while the high school programs are 90 minutes in length.

As the pioneers of Sports Performance Training in the private sector, Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning offers an innovative approach to training – building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete's individual goals. Mike’s unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 90-minute workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.
