Sports Specific Personal Training Sessions Can Be Used To Help Master A Skill That Needs Improvement.

60 Minute Skills Sessions Can Include:

  • Baseball/Softball- Catch, Throw, Power Generation (Swing)

  • Lacrosse- Catch, Throw, Power Generation (Shot), Defensive Skill Work, Dodges & Agility Moves.

  • Football- Footwork, Catch, Reaction

  • Basketball- Footwork, Passing, Dribbling, Defensive Skill Work, Dodges & Agility Moves.

  • Soccer- Footwork, Passing, Dribbling, Defensive Skill Work, Dodges & Agility Moves.

  • Field Hockey- Footwork, Defensive Skill Work, Dodges & Agility Moves.

  • Hockey- Power Generation, Shooting, Defensive Skill Work.
